Aerobics is an important and fundemental element in developing your child's physical and mental skills.

The purpose of these classes is to build the childrens' confidence in their abilities and to learn while having fun and keeping fit.

The programme is specifically designed for Primary School level and is based on proven international practice and techniques which include a great variety of key movement patterns.
